- Plan at least 30 minutes of activity every day.
- If you're under 18 or 100 lbs. overweight it needs to be 60 minutes
- Be specific.
- Make it sustainable.
- Make it realistic.
- Include WHAT, WHERE, & WHEN every day.
- Plan 1 Week. Do 1 Week. Then plan your activity for the rest of the month.
- Remember upcoming vacations, business trips, special events.
- Sign your calendar w/ your Fit Friend.
- Stick to your calendar. Like your health depends on it!
